Commit in Thought and Deed
Think consciously of the things you’re grateful for throughout the day. Then find a way to put that outward. Serve others today. Thank friends and coworkers, give a thoughtful gift, write down a list of things you are grateful for, and reframe your thinking around the bad things that happen to you. If you experience a personal setback, find a way to look past that and encourage yourself to keep going after your goals.
Make Life Exciting
Everyday life can be dull, but trying something new for 30 days can get you out of a rut and make your life what you want it to be.
